WHAT I DO



I am a Certified Rolfer , Obtained my Rolfing Certification in 2011  from  the Dr. Ida Rolf institute in Boulder ,CO, and I am a member of the Dr . Ida Rolf institute;   I have been practicing  Rolfing for over Ten years,  and have helped countless clients live healthier and more comfortable lives. Some of the issues the Rolfing Structural Integration helps with are:

Our bodies accumulate physical pain and tension in a variety of ways. Illness, injury, and emotional stress can cause your fascia and musculature to contract and your structure to become misaligned. The Rolfing Structural Integration can help realign your body, relieving tension and pain and improving function and flexibility. A Certified Rolfer works throughout your body to help you identify the sources of your pain and find relief.

Rolfing also helps you to  feel more in touch with your body and your emotions and to improve sports performance.
Optimally, when you receive Rolfing Structural Integration, you will receive a ten-session series of hands-on work from your Rolfer.

Rates & policies 

Rates for individual sessions 
Rolfing session- $200/75 minutes
10 Series - $1850
Pre- paid for the entire 10 Series of Rolfing (Ten 75 minute sessions)

Payment Types:
Cash ,Zelle and Checks

Please allow at least 24 hours advanced notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid being charged the full price of a session . Thank you for your understanding .
